X-FIT & SPORTS CLUB PROGRAMS

Getagripchicago's Express Fitness (XFit) Club Program were designed for urban professionals who are short on time or are looking for a new, alternative way to get active and fit. Our members typically live sedentary lifestyles because of work and are looking for a fun, safe, group-based exercise routine that they can also easily do at home.

Our programs are also great for urbanites seeking group classes and who like a natural variety to their workouts. Our members can attend any X-Fit or FitSports class with now additional class fees. All memberships come with a bag, t-shirt, mat, dumb bells, etc.

We are also in the process of creating free online classes for our members to workout along with us in the privacy of they home, along with introductory and intermediate X-Fit and FitSports DVD's.

If you are an ex-fitness buff, the group workout type, or would like a variety of express fitness routines that are fun, easy, adaptable, revolutionary, maintainable, creative, interactive and effective, GetaGripChicago's XFit Club has the programs that you need.

We also have workout partners, an online communality and are in the
process of creating DVD's and free online e-classes for our members.

FitChix and FitStud gets back to basics with exercises that you WILL do because they are easy.

Learn our easy, fun and plausible 15 minute to 30 minute express workouts for men and women. Our workouts are natural and can be adjusted to your lifestyle, schedule or desire to workout on a given day or week. :-)

Join us for this fun, music and activity based revolutionary way to loose weight, meet new people, improve balance, rhythm and cardio. Classes are offered 2-3X per week. Start at zero and progress at your pace.
Join us 2 times per week for this hot and creative dance fitness class.

Join us for Urban Survial 101 and Shadow Boxing (Basic fighting skills and fitBoxing workouts)
Join us for this four level program. Start with Urban Survival 101, learn about crime, survival moves, self-defense moves and boxing moves with a fitness twist that is fun and rhythmic. Be prepared, not surprised.
